As part of course, students learned facilitation strategies and practiced being in the facilitator role. Other peer colleagues served as "students." Below is the snapshot of my facilitation work. Acting as a practice facilitator gave me a much needed inside view early in the certificate program. In this role, I wasn't sure of who I was as a facilitator. I found myself modeling what my instructors have done in previous coursework. It is important to find your own voice and make the learning experience personal and relevant.
